Tom Heights Villa was a great value for the money, with a lovely feel and homely decor. The fully stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities like books, games, and walking information made it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been better, right in the middle of town but still quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
The only breakfast option could have been better with more variety.

We had a fantastic stay at Tom Heights! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Ambleside. The flat was cozy and comfortable, giving us a lovely homely feel. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and we found the books, games, and walk info provided to be very useful. Despite a few minor issues, like a broken sofa wheel and a wobbly loo, it didn't dampen our overall experience. The shower screen could have been a bit higher for taller guests, but it didn't bother us too much. we had a wonderful week and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, right in the heart of the town and close to outdoor gear shops. Easy collection of keys from an office after hours was a plus. The flat had a lovely feel and decor, making it feel like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and there were books, games, and information about local walks available, which came in handy.
The bedroom was right next to a pedestrian crossing, resulting in constant noise and disrupted sleep. Street cleaners woke us up early every morning and there were instances of loud cleaning and window banging.

So glad I had the opportunity to engage in activities like fishing and cycling.because who doesn't love casting a line and pedaling uphill on vacation?
Oh, how I adore the charm of staying near an airport! The constant sound of planes taking off and landing truly added to the ambiance of my holiday.
